Determination of facts
First of all, we determine the situation and the objectives based on your ideas and wishes. We provide you with comprehensive advice and support and show you various options for action.
You are welcome to send us your details using the online forms. We will contact you if we have any queries.
Draft
You will then receive a draft that implements your request in a legally sound manner and contains possible arrangements. This draft is for your review, but also for coordination with other persons involved, such as tax advisors, banks or family members.
You can inform us of any changes at any time in consultation with the other parties involved. We are also happy to coordinate directly with your other advisors, such as lawyers and tax advisors, if you wish.
Notarization
Once the draft has been finalized, the actual notarization appointment takes place. The deed is not only read out to you, but also explained, and you still have the opportunity to add questions and comments to the draft.
Execution
After signing, we take care of the entire process and ensure the necessary entries in the land register or other registers. We handle the correspondence with the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary permits, certificates and confirmations from banks, courts and other bodies.
For general and lasting powers of attorney, we ensure registration in the Central Register of Lasting Powers of Attorney; for dispositions upon death, registration in the Central Register of Wills.

As soon as we receive your enquiry, and therefore well before the actual notarization, we establish and review the facts, clarify open questions and make suggestions and proposals for possible arrangements.
Notarization and appointment
At the notarization appointment, the entire text is read out, questions and requests for changes are discussed, and the content, its legal implications and the further procedure are explained.
In particular, the notary checks the identity of the contracting parties, any powers of representation and possible special features, thus ensuring a secure and effective conclusion of the contract.
Completion and processing
After notarization, we act as a trustworthy interface between the contracting parties, banks, authorities, courts and tax offices and arrange and monitor the completion and processing of the notarized transaction.
We take care of the necessary notifications to authorities, obtain the required approvals and certificates, communicate payment dates and monitor the payment of the purchase price.
Finally, we arrange, monitor and check the required entries in the land register and other registers, thus ensuring that the notarized matter is completed fully and securely.
Today, most of this is done digitally. On request, the parties therefore also receive their copies and documents in digital form by e-mail, of course in compliance with data protection rules.
