Draft
You will then receive a draft that implements your request in a legally sound manner and contains possible arrangements.
This draft is for your review, but also for coordination with other persons involved in the process, such as tax advisors, banks, family members, etc.
You can inform us of any changes at any time in consultation with the other parties involved.
We are also happy to coordinate directly with your other advisors, such as lawyers and tax advisors, if you wish.
Notarization
Once the draft has been finalized, the actual notarization meeting takes place.
Here, the certificate is not only read out to you, but also explained, and you also have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments on the draft.
Execution
After signing, we take care of the entire process and ensure the necessary entries in the land register or registers.
We take care of correspondence with the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary permits, certificates and confirmations from banks, courts and other bodies.
In the case of general and lasting powers of attorney, we ensure registration in the Central Register of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and in the case of dispositions upon death, registration in the Central Register of Wills.
