Notary clerks carry out preparatory and accompanying work in the notarization of legal transactions in the field of preventive administration of justice. They obtain information, accept notarization orders and prepare meetings. They independently prepare draft deeds, draw up documents such as applications for certificates of inheritance, powers of attorney, affidavits or notarized signatures. As part of their work, they handle most of the correspondence with clients, courts, authorities and banks. They also calculate fees, issue invoices and monitor and book incoming payments.
